East Longmeadow, Mass. (March 19, 2019) – For horse owners, a bottle of fly or coat spray with a broken sprayer can be one of the most frustrating parts of grooming. Even worse – finding that bottle empty from leakage. W.F. Young, Inc., makers of Absorbine horse care products, is working to end that frustration with the launch of new bottles for UltraShield EX and ShowSheen.
The new bottles feature directional fan sprayers with vertical and horizontal spray settings delivering optimal coverage for either the body and mane or legs and tails, eliminating overspray and waste. They work upside down to reach under the belly and have an ergonomic design for increased hand comfort and usability. The refillable bottles also feature a semi-ratchet closure to help eliminate leakage. Finally, using the new bottles will help horse owners achieve proper application of the products, resulting in greater product efficacy.
“The equine industry has had to deal with underperforming spray bottles for too long,” says Amy Cairy, director of marketing for Absorbine. “We are excited to bring these innovative bottles to market.”
Absorbine has exclusive use of these patented new bottles. Equestrians will start seeing them available in stores and at online retailers in spring 2019. The new bottles are differentiated with red and white stickers on the sprayer, calling out the features.
